The free Cookiebot subscription is limited to 1 domain and 50 subpages or less (as described also on the pricing page of the Cookiebot website) - counted by the number of unique URLs on the website.
If you believe that your domain has 50 pages or less and you are receiving an invoice from us or seeing your domain listed as a premium subscription on your Cookiebot account, these are the most common explanations:
1. Your website has more than 50 pages.
See How do I know what plan I've subscribed to? for instructions on how to see the number of subpages identified by the scanner - and the corresponding subscription size for your domain.
For more information about how to find out what subpages the scanner has identified, please see Why does your scanner say that I have more than 50 pages?
If you are a WordPress user, please also see Why does your scanner say that I have more than 50 pages on my WordPress website?
2. On your account, there is more than one domain registered.
In that case, all the domains will be invoiced as Premium subscriptions since the free account is limited to 1 domain only.
3. You have upgraded to a premium subscription by entering your payment information.
In that case, the domain will be invoiced as a premium small subscription and will have the full functionality (as opposed to the free subscription which has limited functionality).
If your domain does have 50 pages or less, if you only have one domain on your account and if you would like to be on the free plan instead, please see instructions on how to get back to a free plan here: How do I change my Trial account back to a Free subscription.
