The free Cookiebot subscription is limited to one domain and 50 subpages or fewer (as listed on the pricing page of the Cookiebot website) — counted by the number of unique URLs on the website.
If you believe your domain has 50 pages or fewer and you're receiving an invoice from us, or your domain is listed as a premium subscription on your Cookiebot account, these are the most common explanations:
1. Your website has more than 50 pages.
See How do I know what plan I've subscribed to? for instructions on how to see the number of subpages identified by the scanner and the corresponding subscription size for your domain.
To find out which subpages the scanner has identified, see Why does your scanner say that I have more than 50 pages?
For WordPress sites, see Why does your scanner say that I have more than 50 pages on my WordPress website?
2. On your account, there is more than one domain registered.
In that case, all the domains will be invoiced as Premium subscriptions since the free account is limited to one domain only.
3. You have upgraded to a premium subscription by entering your payment information.
In that case, the domain will be invoiced as a premium small subscription and will have full functionality, unlike the free subscription which has limited functionality.
If your domain has 50 pages or fewer and you only have one domain on your account and want to switch to the free plan, see How do I change my Trial account back to a Free subscription.
For more details about available functionality, see Is the Free subscription GDPR compliant?
