The Premium Extra Large Plan – Cookiebot Support

As websites continue to grow, helping ensure continued privacy compliance and performance at scale requires an adjustment to our current subscription plans. To support websites with more than 7,000 pages, we are introducing the Premium Extra Large Plan, which will replace current Premium Large Plan for all domains that surpass this threshold.

Subscriptions with more than 7,000 subpages will automatically be upgraded to the Premium Extra Large Plan.

Below is an overview of our subscription tiers.

Key Details:

The Premium Extra Large Plan now applies to domains exceeding 7,000 subpages.
The Premium Extra Large Plan is priced at €90 per domain, per month.
Subscriptions will automatically be updated on March 20th 2025. All new invoices issued on or after March 20th will reflect the updated plan and pricing.

What exactly constitutes a "subpage"?

This is the subject of some debate, but the way we define it is as follows; The target of a link that serves unique content to a visitor.

Unique URLs don't necessarily serve unique content. However, our scanner is unable to tell whether it already has seen the content of a page, and will therefore count all unique URLs it comes across during its crawl as unique pages.
In such cases our support team can configure the scanner to identify URLs that have a distinct pattern as duplicate content. Keep in mind that you need to be able to tell whether a link serves duplicate content simply by looking at it and recognizing a distinct pattern.

How does the migration to the Extra Large Plan work?

Essentially everything required for a potential upgrade will happen behind the scenes, no action is required on your part. In a nutshell though, when a scan has previously determined that your domain currently has more than 7,000 pages, the new subscription will automatically be assigned.

Will there be any downtime or disruption of service?

None whatsoever. The new logic will be released on March 20th and whenever the process that determines your subscription size runs after this release this new logic will be applied.

What kind of support is included in the Premium plans?

If you have any questions or are experiencing difficulties with our product you can contact our support team and expect a reply within 24 hours. We also have an AI assistant that can direct you to detailed guides in the meantime.

Are there discounts for partners with multiple large domains?

While there are no fixed ranges to be eligible for a discount, if you feel that you are a large volume customer you can reach out to our support team who will put you in touch with someone that is in a position to potentially offer a discount.

How does this pricing compare to similar services?

Our competitors have a variety of pricing models that may differ from ours, but the amount you'll be paying per month is on average similar to what our competitors charge for their service.
