How do I cancel my subscription in Cookiebot?

You can cancel your Cookiebot subscription in the following ways:

To cancel your Cookiebot account and subscription entirely:

Save all data and content that you may need. When you delete your account, everything will be permanently deleted (this includes content, consent logs, scan reports, and so on).

Removing the Cookiebot script from your website doesn't end your subscription. You will continue to be billed until you cancel your subscription.

Sign in to your Cookiebot account.
Open My account (top-right corner).
Select Cancel My Account.
Fill out the form.
Select Cancel My Account Now.

You're done!

Note: We can't delete an account for you.

If you have multiple domains on your Cookiebot account and only want to cancel the subscription for one or some of them:

Sign in to your account at https://manage.cookiebot.com/goto/login.
Go to Settings, then select the Domains tab.
Delete the domains you no longer want a subscription for. Look for the gray icon with a small white X, next to the domain name.
Save your settings (tick mark in the blue bar on the left-hand side).
