You can invite additional users to access your Cookiebot premium account. This is particularly useful in larger organizations where multiple users need to be able to access the Cookiebot Admin.
Adding additional users to your account doesn't affect your subscription fees. You can invite an unlimited number of users.
Adding additional users
- Log into the Cookiebot Admin.

Click
Manage subscription
at the top of your screen.

Select the User Management tab.

Click the +Invite user button

A dialog will pop up where you can enter the email address of the person you
want to grant access to the account.
Click the Send invite button to send an email with the invitation to access your account.

User status
When you've sent an invitation the new user will be shown as "Pending" initially.
The invited user will receive an email with a button that allows them to accept
the invitation.
When the new user accepts the invitation their status will be updated to "Accepted".
The new user will be asked to create a Cookiebot account and upon completion their status is updated to "User".
The new account can make use of SSO as long as the above is true.
Cancelling an invitation
While the user status is "Pending" or "Accepted" you can cancel the invitation
by clicking the
icon on the line of the user whose invitation you want to withdraw.
A dialog will pop up asking you to confirm that you want to remove the user.
The user will receive an email notification informing them that their invitation has been removed.
Removing a user
You can remove a user by clicking the
icon on the line of the user you want to remove.
A dialog will pop up asking you to confirm that you want to remove the user.
The removed user will receive an email notification informing them that their account access has been revoked.
The removed user's Cookiebot account is converted to a 14-day trial account.
