How can I see if a retail customer has a Premium subscription?

As a Reseller, your Retail Customers can have either a free subscription (if they only have a single domain with fewer than 50 pages) or a Premium subscription.

There is currently no way to see directly on your Reseller account or customer list which customers have which type of subscription.

You can easily check whether a customer is on a free or a Premium subscription:

1. Access the customer's account by clicking 'Manage' next to the customer on the 'Customers' menu item. 
2. If the lower area of the account is grayed out, this means that it is a free subscription with limited functionality:

You can also inspect the 'Cookies' tab. On the top of that page, the number of pages and the subscription size are listed if it is a Premium subscription.
