How can I see if a retail customer has a Premium subscription?

As a Reseller, your Retail Customers can have both a free subscription (if they only have a single domain with fewer than 50 pages) or a Premium subscription.

There is currently no way to see directly on your Reseller account/customer list which customers have which type of subscription. This is, however, on our feature request list for further development.

In the meantime, you can easily check whether a customer is on a free or a Premium subscription:

1. Access the customer's account by clicking 'Manage' next to the customer on the 'Customers' menu point. 
2. If the lower area of the account is greyed out, this means that it is a free subscription with limited functionality:

You can also inspect the 'Cookies' tab. On the top of that page, the number of pages and the subscription size is listed if it is a Premium subscription.
