Where can I find my invoice(s)?
Invoices will be emailed to the email address you used to sign up for your account.
The invoices will also be available from your account under the menu point 'My account' (on the top right corner) and the blue 'Invoices' button at the top of the account page.
Please note that if you are on a free subscription or a free 1-month trial, you will not see the blue 'Invoices' button.
Why does it say 'No invoices have been issued for you'?
If you have signed up for a premium subscription (by adding your payment information) and you see the message 'No invoices have been issued for you' under 'Invoices', this is because the first invoice has not yet been issued.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in arrears (unless you choose to pay yearly in advance) and it will therefore take 1 month from the time you sign up to a premium subscription and until the first payment is made and you receive the first invoice.
