My consent log is empty

Please note that if you log in to your account and go to the menu point 'User consents', then the page consists of both consent statistics and the actual consent log.

If you are on a free subscription, then the consent statistics - which is a graph displayed on that page - is blank (see number 1 in the image below). This is because consent statistics about how many of your website users opt in to the different cookie categories and how many opt out as well as the possibility to filter that data for your different domains and different time periods, is not included in the free subscription.

The actual consent log (see number 2 in the image below), however, is included in both free and premium subscriptions and is not related to the consent statistics.
