Do I set up domain groups on my reseller account for ‘retail customers'?

If you want your customers to be on the ‘retail model’ then there is no need for you to create domain groups on your reseller account. 

You will send the invitation to the customer (see point 2 in our guide on how to sign up customers), the customer will accept the invitation and create a Cookiebot account. Both you and the customer will be able to access this account. If you want to help out the customer setting up his domains etc. then you can do so – and you can also help create separate domain groups directly on the customer’s account. 

You only need to create domain groups on your own reseller account for those customers who are on the wholesale model and who do not have any access to their own configurations. We will invoice you for these domains.
