Exclude Cookiebot from the LiteSpeed Cache Plugin in WordPress

LiteSpeed Cache is a popular WordPress caching plugin which optimizes external CSS and JavaScript for enhanced performance.
However, Cookiebot must be loaded from consent.cookiebot.com and not be deferred or loaded asynchronously if you intend to use the auto-blocking feature. Therefore, the Cookiebot script must be excluded from LiteSpeed Cache optimizations.
The exclusion allows Cookiebot to work as intended, without preventing LiteSpeed from optimizing all other scripts.
