Disabling Google Consent mode vs Cookiebot statistica Opt-out

Hi, I'm having trouble disabling Google Consent mode. I implemented the cookiebot through custom HTML tag in GTM, where the parameter is consentmode=disabled (screen) . However, I still see a number of opt-out metrics in the user consent statistics (screen).
Could it be related? How do statistics in Cookiebot work when Google consent mode is disabled?
