Google Universal Analytics
Hi There,
I have followed this article https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016047000?_ga=2.264168780.1384219588.1645718050-1759011604.1643880310 on implementing cookiebot with analytics. from what I can see, when a user denies the use of cookies, Analytics is registering the page views (using Chrome extension 'Google Tag Assistant Legacy'), but Analytics itself is not showing the page being viewed in realtime.
Is this expected or should I still see the active session?
Thanks

Hi Ben,
Thanks for the question.
In order for the Pageview data to be recorded, cookies should be accepted, so it sounds like expected behavior in my book.
Best,
Patrick
