Improve the accessibility for the cookie banners

Hello, 

Regarding web accessibility, we noticed that there were a few issues that might make the cookie banner difficult to use for someone who might have an accessibility issue. It would be great to see the accessibility improved as the cookie banner is one of the first things a user will see when landing on our websites. 

Here are some of my findings

1. Cannot toggle the cookie category with keyboard - users who only use keyboards cannot opt in/out of specific categories

2. When zoomed in and on smaller screensizes, there is no clear indication of where the 'cursor' is

See the blue box around 'About' to indicate where I am selecting. This seems to disappear when i have zoomed in and makes it difficult for keyboard users to navigate the banner.

3. Some hyperlinks in the banner/declaration are not clearly indicated if a user is using greyscale - the text colour is all the same now and the hyperlinks are no longer differentiated from the bold text. Would be good to have all hyperlinks underlined to make clear these are hyperlinks
