No cookies detected on any of my sites

Hi,

I have been trying to implement CookieBot on the sites we manage but it seems none of the cookies are detected.

We use GA via GTM - and some other scripts - but nothing is showing after doing a scan via the 'settings' option on the cookiebot user page. We also see a 403 Forbidden image on the right.

Although the above shows all the pages, one of the non indexed site we have is showing as zero subpages as well.

Cookiebot tracking is loaded via the GTM (although it is disabled just now as the consent does not show anything but the cookie bot one).

I can see the cookies in the console (under applications) for GA so they are definitely loading fine.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

  Note: I ran the GDPR compliance tool and it doesnt detect all my cookied - but the scan within the account manager on the cookiebot website does not.

  I did create a ticket  (request (75867) ) but I am not getting any further here.

  I have tried a lot of things now, and no matter what I do, I keep getting a 403 on 'accept all'.

  Even adding the cookiebot script with nothing else running on the site - leads to a 403 when navigating to another page.

  user agent is whitelisted on our server and I can see the scan results in the cookiebot web page.

  I did get to whitelist the scanner - which returned the cookies list, but led to another issue which we cant seem to resolve.

  Once the banner is enabled, if I click on 'accept all' I end up getting a 403 when navigating away form the page I accepted the consent on.

  Hey there!

   

  To enable cookies in Chrome: Click the three dots at the top-right corner and select Settings. Select Privacy and security tab on the left side pane. Click Cookies and other site data and enable Allow all cookies or uncheck any option that blocks cookies.
