If you use manual blocking mode. How are scripts/cookies handled loaded by Google Tag Manager?

I mean I cant apply there the needed: cookieconsent="" attribute. So it will just load without any blocking/handling?

That would then mean that only the auto block mode is a reliable solution?

  That's correct. It is possible to deploy the automatic blocking mode with the Google Tag Manager setup.
