  • Hi Franz,

The free Cookiebot subscription is limited to 1 domain and 100 subpages or less, counted by the number of unique URLs on the website.
In case you believe that your domain has 100 pages or less, but you are receiving an invoice from Cookiebot or seeing your domain listed as a premium subscription on your Cookiebot account you should check this article.

(If you are using Wordpress) Number of pages according to Wordpress and the number of pages according to the Cookiebot scanner may likely differ. This could be the reason Cookiebot is asking you to upgrade your plan. We have an article regarding this case, which you can check here.

Also here you could check how Cookiebot scanner define pages on a website.

Please have in mind that Cookiebot counts as pages different post and articles, and this might be the reason why it says that you have more pages than you think. I hope that this will help you figure out what is the issue, otherwise please do not hesitate to write us back so we could help you solve the problem.

    Regards,
    Spas

    Hi Spas,
Thanks for your quick answer! The 66 pages are not my idea. CookieBot sent me the list in an e-mail. Does CookieBot not specify all pages in there? Then the list would not make much sense.
    Best Regards
    Franz

  • Hi Franz,

After scanning your domain Cookiebot should specify the number of pages and depending on this the account subscription would be set. If you have received a confirmation by Cookiebot that you domain has 66 pages (less than 100) and you are using only one domain then I guess that you should be using a free subscription plan.

However, this might be a misunderstanding which I believe that would be fixed. You could contact the Cookiebot sales department at sales@cookiebot.com about any questions regarding the price subscriptions, payments, invoices etc. I am pretty sure that they will help you to figure this out and solve the issue.

    Regards,
    Spas
