Cookiebot Scanning Reports have stopped coming

    Hi Katherine,

    Usually the scan report is being sent to you by email after each monthly scan is completed and is also available from the menu point ‘Reports’ on your Cookiebot account. You could also initiate a manual scan on your domain from the button “Scan domain now” button, which you will find in the “Cookies” menu of the Cookiebot Manager.

    Could you please try to run a custom/manual scan on you domain. In case that this does not work out, you could use the following link in order to submit a ticket to the support team:
    Please explain them that you are now receiving a monthly scan reports and ask them to restart the scanner if case that its stopped.
