Youtube videos are not working
I had Cookiebot for some time and the YouTube videos were playing on the website kia.com.cy.
A few days ago i noticed that the videos were not playing. I started deactivating plugins and it appears that Cookiebot is the problem.
Has anyone faced the same problem?
Any solution?

Could you elucidate the problem? Are the videos supposed to play automatically or when button “play” is clicked?
Because I tested the site and the video on the homepage is playing properly when the play button is clicked. Please note that the user have to accept the cookies, so Youtube videos to be played, otherwise the user won`t be able to utilize the features of the services provided via the website to their fullest potential.

Hi Elina,
I think i know what is the problem. Once you accept the cookies, but not the marketing cookies, YouTube videos will not work.
How can someone view again the Cookies popup, if he already made a choice of what to accept, in order to change it?A.

In our standard template for the Cookie Declaration there is a link allowing users to change or withdraw a cookie consent - when the link is visited the cookie banner is displayed and then the user can change his preferences. The Cookie Declaration can be implemented as a separate page on your website or it can be embedded into an existing Privacy Policy or similar.

I was facing the same issue for a long time. See, You need to edit and optimize the video very well before uploading. You can do it with the help of the latest version of the InShot Pro APK.
