    This might be a misunderstanding which I believe that would be fixed.
    However, you could contact the Cookiebot sales department at sales@cookiebot.com about any questions regarding the price subscriptions, payments, invoices etc. I am pretty sure that they will help you to figure this out and solve the issue.
