    Hey Zed,

It's not necessary to click the button for force scan, you can use it if you change something in your site that adding additional cookies and you want to detect them in that moment. Otherwise the scan will be once per month. About installation you can check this topics:

    https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003784174-How-do-I-install-Cookiebot-on-my-Wordpress-site-

Maybe there is some conflict with other script or something with the plugin. If you don`t find solution could you give your domain to investigate the issue.

    Regards,
    Martin

I have this same issue the cookie declaration will not appear on my WP site I checked the source code and can see the script is there where it is supposed to be. I tried the manual method and the plugin / short code method and neither are showing the declarations.

its is supposed to be showing on https://hummingbirdhovers.com/cookie-policy/

    Hey John,

When i inspect your domain, I found 3 scripts for Cookiebot declaration on your page, one in head and 2 on body. Can you just double check your implementation, use short code from the plugin [cookie_declaration] and check this for help: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cookiebot/#installation (second video)

Please inform me if does not work, to investigate deeper.

Also, check this screenshots to compare, maybe your declaration not appear because of conflict with other script.

    Regards,
    Martin
