  • Hi Anne,

Could you please tell me which links do you want to remove/hide from your Cookie Declaration because I am not sure what exactly you want to achieve.

Sure :) The first attachment is of the cookiebot pop up box where the link appears. The link says "read our cookie policy".

The second attachment is of the cookie policy landing page where the content is automatically generated (by using script from my cookiebot manager). Therefore this link reappears and because it links to the landing page that the user is already on, it is redundant.

Of course the link should be there in the first case, but not on the landing page.

  • Hi Anne,

Thank you for the additional information, now I understand what you want to do, it really make sense. I think that the easiest way to remove the link from Cookie Declaration page is to hide it using CSS style, you just need to target the link and use display:none property.
If you would like, you could tell me your domain so I can check how exactly to remove the link from the Cookie Declaration page. You can post your domain here or send it at s.velinov@vconnect.dk so I can check it out.

I guess that this link is auto generated by some attribute which is placed at the end of the paragraph and it could be modified through the admin panel, but for that you will need some codding skills, so I assume that using css style would be the best option.

Thank you for your response. I was really hoping that it did not demand coding skills, but I will have to include my developers in the process then. Thank you for your help :)
