Discovered cookies and Self declared cookies no longer show for secondary domain

Hi,

Recently, shortly after an automated scan was executed, we logged into our cookiebot manager interface and stopped seeing cookies (discovered and self-declared) for our secondary domain.

This is weird as it used to work before.

We have defined a bunch of self-declared cookies too and now, they do not show in the interface anymore.  

We are unable to manage our existing cookies.

 

Any help would be appreciated (see image below).

  Hi Pascal,

  We have recorded this as a bug and are currently investigating further. After a rescan we are finding and displaying the cookies, however we are still investigating the part about self-declared cookies.
  To refresh the results, you can manually initiate a new scan. This is done by clicking the “Scan domain now” button, which you will find in the “Cookies” menu of the Cookiebot Manager.
