Website scanning taking more than 2 days

Scanning of my domain is still scanning (Status: Scanning...) after 2 days.

Any idea what might be going on? Is there a solution?

  Normally the scan should complete up to 24 hours, so we have  to check and restart the scanning, if you use a different email for registration could you send me your domain on my email m.ivanov@vconnect.dk . The new scanning process should be complete soon. Please let us know if everything is ok.
