Hi Support/Community,

I have configured cookiebot concent pop-up through google tag manager.

It works well for the google analytics cookies i.e. cookieconsent_statistics from GA when stastics option is selected but no triggers are activated for cookieconsent_marketing and cookieconsent_preference

All other cookies of type cookieconsent_statistics, cookieconsent_preference and cookieconsent_marketing aren't being triggered ie cookies from google tag (_ga,_gat), google maps (NID), youtube (YSC) and doubleclick (test cookie).

These cookies on cookiebot show that Prior consent enabled = No

How do I change the Prior consent enabled to Yes, Are there steps to configure cookies that are not from google analytics ( such as youtube,GMT cookies) on Google tag manager with cookiebot.

Hey Rolph,

f a cookie is set with prior consent on one page but not on another page, the scan result will show that there is no prior consent for that cookie, which is actually correct.

Please, start a rescan of the site and see if the problem is solved. The new scan can be initiated manually, which is done by clicking the “Scan domain now” button, which you will find in the “Cookies” menu of the Cookiebot Manager.

If the problem still exist, could you send me the domain, so I could check what may cause the issue. if you want you could post the domain here or sent it at m.ivanov@vconnect.dk
