Cookiebot integration
Answered
To whom it may concern,
Recently we have tried to integrate your product on our website through the tag manager and it didn't work out.
We have checked the domain integration on your website and it is not clear if it was accepted or something is wrong there.
Can you please advise on what steps should be undertaken to make things work?
I am looking forward to your reply!

Hi Maryia,
You could find detailed information about how to integrate Cookiebot using GTM (Google Tag Manager) here:
https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003793854-Google-Tag-Manager-deploymentIf you have followed the steps for installation correctly and still experience any problems with Cookiebot, then maybe there is something wrong with your domain integration. Could you please check the installation guide again and if you still have any problems you could give us you domain name, so we can investigate it in order to see what might went wrong and help you solve the issue afterwards instead of guessing. If you want you could post your domain here or send it at s.velinov@vconnect.dk

Hi Maryia,
As we discussed the problem via email communication, I just want to mention that the problem was because of the domain name. After investigating the domain it seems that you have used wrong domain name and that's why the Coookiebot integrating was not working.
On your domain console there was a message which stated: "Error: DOMAINNAME is not a valid domain. Please add it to the cookie consent manager to authorize the domain."
You could find more information here: https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006356613-Error-DOMAINNAME-is-not-a-valid-domain-Please-add-it-to-the-cookie-consent-manager-to-authorize-the-domain-Regards,
