    Hi Michael

    I see you also submitted a support request regarding this issue.

    As described in our response, the problem looks to have been caused by changes to your HTML and the rescan you initiated seems to have fixed the issue as we now find the expected cookies on your site.

    Brian, we have the same problem. Where do I log a ticket and what was your solution Michael? The website thumbnail shows a server error if any help.
