Scan removed almost all cookies

We went from 60 cookies, down to 2 during the last months scan. Only the cookieconsent cookies showed up under the necessary category in the report.  58 cookies are listed under 'Removed cookies'

 

This is not correct, our site has cookies & cookiebot is installed and working correctly.

 

Why is the report wrong & how to fix?

  Hi Michael

  I see you also submitted a support request regarding this issue.

  As described in our response, the problem looks to have been caused by changes to your HTML and the rescan you initiated seems to have fixed the issue as we now find the expected cookies on your site.

  Brian, we have the same problem. Where do I log a ticket and what was your solution Michael? The website thumbnail shows a server error if any help.
