  • Hi sam pra,

Yes, you can handle as many domains as you would like from one joint account. You could check this out for more detailed information: https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003760813-Can-I-handle-multiple-domains-from-one-account-

You can add several domains and subdomains under one account.
However, the Cookiebot subscription is per domain and per subdomain and you must pay one subscription for each of your domains.

    Regards,
    Spas

    Hi,

    I have en.domainname.eu, pl.domainname.eu, el.domainname.eu, fr.domainname.eu.  Are this all under 1 subscription or 4 different subscriptions?

    Hi sam pra,

If (en.domainname.eu, pl.domainname.eu, el.domainname.eu, fr.domainname.eu) those are four different domain then, yes. They need to be under four different subscriptions.
However, you could put them under 1 domain group as described in the linked article above.

They are all for the same domain, and are subdomains.  So, my issue is that you require different subscription for each subdomain which is not correct especially if they are all for the same business but in a different language and not like wordpress.org or a saas services where subdomains are used for different business.

hello, any reply regarding this please?  I can no have same business domains that use subdomains for language differentiation as separate subscription.  It is not logical.

  • Hey sam pra,

This is how Cookiebot treats domains. In order the scan to work and indicates cookies properly all domains and sub-domains are treated as separately. You can see more here and in the articles referenced below.

    Martin

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for the support.

In this case, the cost will be enormous for users with subdomains.  Your competitor Onetrust does not treat subdomains as different license and such case, using their service becomes more economical!

While I would like to use your service, in my case, I will have to use Oneturst because of cost.  So, what can you do so that I can remain using your service?

    Regards

    Hi sam pra,

If you want, you could contact the Cookiebot sales department at sales@cookiebot.com about any questions regarding the price subscriptions. Also you could use the following link to get a offer from Cookiebot about your domain: https://www.cookiebot.com/en/quote-input/
