Error in cc.js

I've implemented the script in my html header, but i'm getting an error after reopening the site.

Is this an error somebody is familiar with and can help me fix it?

  Hi Mark,

  After checking the domain it turned out that there is a mis-configuration of the banner template. We have reset the banner configuration and it is now working on the site.
