Active consent not working

Hi,

The active consent is activated for my website. However, when a visitor doesn't interact with the consent banner, and clicks on links, the banner still shows up on every page.

It should be considered as an implied consent, and the banner should disappear.

Any ideas?

  Hi PST Lucie,

  By default Cookiebot accepts clicking on links as giving a consent only in case that the links are created with an <a> tag. If you want to enable implied consent also by clicking on other elements you should add a extra script about it, you could read more on the following link:

  As I do not know what is the exact issue on your website I hope that this will help you. Otherwise you could send me your domain so I can check it out and see what might went wrong and help you solve the problem afterwards instead of guessing.
