website not loading well if cookiebot plugin enabled

Hi,

after your last update i am experiencing this issue:

 

if i delete all cache and cookies from my browsers (Chrome, Firefox and IE) also delete all cache from my web server for my domain and i reload my website, it won't be loaded correctly.
Only cookiebot banner and few parts are loaded. So after i give the consent to cookie banner i need to refresh my home page 2-3 times to make it load correctly.

Making same test after disabling cookiebot WP plugin issue disappear.

Please can you help me to solve this issue?

  Hi P.P.

  The problem you have described could be caused because of some conflict between the Cookiebot plugin and other plugin/script on the site. Could you send me your domain so I can take a look at it and try to figure out what might went wrong and help you solve this issue afterwards instead of guessing.

  I'v sent you the domain to your email.

  since i use autoptimize, i'm supposing there is a conflict with it. 

  Can you confirm? Did you have other similar issues about these 2 plugins.

  Hi P.P.,

  Do you still experience the above described problems with your domain. Because after investigating your domain I could not find anything unusual, after checking the domain from incognito browser and giving consent everything was loaded as expected and I did not need to refresh the home page 2-3 times in order to make it load correctly.
  As discussed at the email communication maybe your problem was occurred because of the conflict between different plugins and script you use, I just want to know if you still experience the same problems so I could take next steps to look into your issue.

  Hey folks,

  I'm having the same issue with autoptimize and cookiebot. Disabling autoptimize lets the site load correctly, as soon as the optimization is enabled though, scripts break down until all cookies are accepted. A few page refreshes later and everything looks fine.

  Since it's a live page, I can't send a direct link (can't take the changes online), but I can provide access to a staging environment via PM to demonstrate the issue.

  What's even weirder: We created a completely separate testing environment on another domain to investigate and added it as a development domain in cookiebot. On that environment everything works perfectly fine. However: Cookiebot also loads slightly different scripts. So where is the difference in the stuff you guys load for dev-domains vs. live ones?

  This is a strange issue which needs to be investigated further more in details. Usually Cookiebot does not load different scripts, actually there are only 2 scripts (main cookiebot script and cookie declaration script). That is why we would need to have a closer look, could you please provide us with more details (at least a URL and a description of the problem).

  If you watched this is important, the workaround here can be to feature eventListeners to the buttons that execute place.Reload() technique that reloads the cutting-edge URL, like the Refresh button.
