Cookiebot Sales unresponsive
I am interested in implementing Cookiebot on 100 websites or more. I have emailed you many times, and every time it takes ages to get an answer - I only get a response to my enquiries if I call you and ask to respond. This is ridiculous. Calling a vendor to ask them to respond to emails is not an acceptable way to conduct business.
I need an estimate for 100 websites as per my last email to Sales. From there, I will be able to raise a PO and you will be able to send me an invoice on a monthly basis for payment by bank transfer.
Are you interested in my business at all? If you fail to respond or to answer your phone (no answer today, I was on hold for 10 mins and gave up), I will simply go elsewhere, even if I have to pay double what you charge,
Cookiebot seems to be a one-man band and you are closed and on holidays in August. This is what it feels like. You have until the end of this week to respond. If not, I cancel the account and will shop elsewhere.

I'm sorry to hear about the experience you have with us so far.
This is not how we want our customers to experience contact with us and it is not how we conduct our business. We are doing a number of things to right that however we don't pretend to be there yet by any means.
