I am interested in implementing Cookiebot on 100 websites or more. I have emailed you many times, and every time it takes ages to get an answer - I only get a response to my enquiries if I call you and ask to respond. This is ridiculous. Calling a vendor to ask them to respond to emails is not an acceptable way to conduct business.
I need an estimate for 100 websites as per my last email to Sales. From there, I will be able to raise a PO and you will be able to send me an invoice on a monthly basis for payment by bank transfer.
Are you interested in my business at all? If you fail to respond or to answer your phone (no answer today, I was on hold for 10 mins and gave up), I will simply go elsewhere, even if I have to pay double what you charge,
Cookiebot seems to be a one-man band and you are closed and on holidays in August. This is what it feels like. You have until the end of this week to respond. If not, I cancel the account and will shop elsewhere.
