Cookie bot not saving cookies in Firefox & Internet Explorer

Hi Team,

 

We observed that cookie bot not saving cookies in Firefox & Internet Explorer.

 

Can you please advise why? I am using trial and before purchasing premium I want to ensure that it works as intended.

  Hey Prasad,

  Could you tell me your domain name on my email m.ivanov@vconnect.dk , so I could check the issue, instead of guess.   There should`t be difference between browsers.

  After inspecting your site I can't see a problem related to Cookiebot. When we compared the cookies stored in Firefox and Chrome we saw that only first-party cookies are stored in Firefox, but you have third-party cookies in Chrome. This might be caused by a local setting of your browser or some extension/plugin you have.
