Request for invoice
Dear Cybot-Team,
approximately on 28th of April I opened an account for Cookiebot, which I tested for 4 weeks. On the 28th of May I cancelled this account.
You charged my business bank account with 10,71 Euro on the 28th/29th of May. Now I do have a little problem:
- Actually I never used the cookiebot functionality. Therefore it would be nice to get the money back.
- Or I do get an invoice from you, which I need for my book keeping. As I cancelled my account on your web page, I do not have have any access to the invoice anymore, which I assume having been ready for download in my former account.
On my credit card statement I have the following description, which maybe helps to identify the order: 35314369001 GB VISA.
Could you please help me by either retransferring the money or by giving me an invoice!
