    Thank you for highlighting this and thank you for your patience.

    While we do appreciate all our customers tremendously we are struggling to respond to all requests in a timely manner. 

    I understand that having unanswered invoicing questions for this long is not very reassuring and I apologize for that. 

    I reassure you and all of our other customers that we are working hard to improve this situation.

    I've reach out to you on ticket 3162 to get this matter expedited asap.
