False invoice

I have a problem with a domain which seemd to have been invoiced twice. I have already sent an email to your support (request no. 3162) on 5th of July. Till today I have not receiced any answer from your support team!
I am really sorry to say this, but waiting 25 days in the age of internet and email with any reply is an absolute shame and shows a lack of customer appreciation.

While we do appreciate all our customers tremendously we are struggling to respond to all requests in a timely manner.
I understand that having unanswered invoicing questions for this long is not very reassuring and I apologize for that.
I reassure you and all of our other customers that we are working hard to improve this situation.
I've reach out to you on ticket 3162 to get this matter expedited asap.
