Request for receipt/invoice
Hello,
I just paid for a premium subscription, but did not receive an emailed receipt. Our company requires receipts for all payments made with the company credit card. Your support documentation indicates that an invoice will be generated one month after the premium subscription begins. I need the receipt or invoice sooner. I would like to send you the email address that is on the account privately.

Hi Pam,
Your invoice will be available at the moment your credit cart is charged. Right now you have subscribed, but you haven't been charged yet. As soon as this happens your invoice will be sent.
