Hi,
we have the same problem of the  Timm H user.

Cookiebot is not saving the user's preferences and stats...

  Seems like Cookie's banner appears fine on your website, can you elaborate the issue more specific, because the problem that Timm had, was that when the user refresh the page Cookie banner shows up again.
