integration with wordpress
Good morning, I have a site with Wordpress and Divi theme of the elegant theme, I tried to insert the code either in the special section of divi, directly in the header.php, or installing the plugin, but the popup does not open.
In addition, the privacy page says: Error: The domain xxxxxxxxxxx is not authorized to show the cookie declaration. Please add it to the cookie manager to authorize the domain.
Grazie

Hey Davide,
Sorry about that, Cookiebot release 2.0.0v and 2.0.1v that may have caused issues for certain setups.
The latest release 2.0.2v should fix this.
Seems like you website work properly now.
Are you still need some help ?Regards,
Martin0 -
and it works because I deleted the cookiebot folder from ftp, I do not know if I will reinstall the plugin, greetings.
but it is shameful, it was the plugin itself to crash the site because it says expired trial period, in fact it's been 30 days since its installation. Unbelievable by complaint!
But I wanted the free versionhow should I do to create a free account

Hey,
To be on a free account your website should contain less than 100 subpages and only 1 domain .
You can check this article: https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003807613-My-subscription-has-been-changed-from-a-free-subscription-to-a-1-month-trial-Premium-How-do-I-get-back-on-the-free-subscription-
In case you believe that your domain has 100 pages or less, but you are receiving an invoice from us or seeing your domain listed as a premium subscription on your Cookiebot account you should check this article: https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006241733-My-website-has-less-than-100-pages-why-am-I-not-on-the-free-subscription-Kind regards

I have not received an invoice, the site has less than 100 pages, simply if I enter the account in the account does not make me any operation and takes me to the page where I record company data and says that my trial period has expired.
it is, however, SHAMEFUL AND FROM DENUNCIATION, that after the trial period that he says, he has crashed the site0 -
Hi Davide,
We apologize for your inconvenience.
Just to clarify, your trial period have nothing to do with crashing down your site. As we mentioned above it was a issue in the WP plugin release itself that was causing the trouble and it was fixed in version 2.0.2 of the plugin.
You are on trial account, because there were more than 100 pages found on your website (117 to be precise). If you can get that number below 100 with some WP optimization to better deal with attachments by making them attachment page urls redirects instead of being "individual content". Something like that here: https://themeisle.com/blog/redirect-wordpress-attachment-pages/. Then you can be on free account.
Regarding not receiving invoice, if you subscribe to a paid version at some point, you will receive an invoice the moment you get charged.

Hi Martin,
We have a paid account and we have experienced site crash twice in the last one week. July 26th and Aug 2nd. In both these instances, the only new thing introduced on our website was cookiebot. And on both these days, there were marketing activities of sending around 50k emails.
Is there any issue with how many hits we get on our website at the same time? The site goes down after the emails have been sent and there is a large activity on the website
This is a very critical situation for us as we have bought a paid account with you and we do not want the site to crash every time we expect a large amount of activity
PS the tags have been directly implemented not via any plugin
Thanks,
Nafisa
