Reseller - Subscribtion Plans - set domain back to free

hello there, 

we have some domains in our reseller account. some domains need premium abo, but for some  is free abo enough. how to set them back to free?

  Hi AS Design,

  If your customer has to get back on a free plan, then he has to create a new account as before he has saved all the needed data and canceled his current account. The steps are described in this article.

  The new account, which will be a free subscription (as long as website`s page count does not increase above the 100) will not be linked to your reseller account anymore. This can be solved following the instructions in this article: https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003992174
