    Hi webmaster,

    As a reseller you do not have this option, but your retail customers do.

    If your customer is on a premium subscription, the standard billing interval on his own account can be easily changed to paying annually, billed in advance.

    In the 'My account' page of his account he can find a 'Billing interval' drop-down menu, choose the 'Yearly' option, save the settings and it is done.

    Just adding to the answer provided by Elina:

    The customers that you have directly on your reseller account under the wholesale model (i.e. the customer does not have his own account or access to his configuration) are always billed to you monthly in arrears. It is then up to you to decide how to arrange the payment with your customers - if they prefer to pay annually you could set this up in your own invoicing with the customer. You will, however, still receive monthly invoices from us (payment withdrawn automatically via the payment information listed on your reseller account and minus the wholesale discount).

    Like Elina wrote, your retail customers who have their own account can easily set the payment for 'Yearly' in advance.
