Is Cookiebot a data processor ?

CookieBot should be nominated Data Processor by the Data Controller ?

  Hello Luca,

  The Cookiebot service (and the company behind it, Cybot) does not collect, store or process any personal data about your website users on your behalf. Therefore, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we do not need a Data Processing Agreement (Article 28).
