  • Hi Imaginactif,

     You can either copy the activation code to the registration page or click the link 'click here' in the email with the code to complete the activation of your subscription. Have you already tried the second option? We recommend it, as it can avoid some writing mistakes.

    Hi Elina,

    I just tried the 2 methods (which I had already tried before) and it does not work.
    I am completely stuck. We have put all available email addresses of our client but none works and we can not recreate an account.

    Can you help us please?

    We cannot activate the accounts manually, as the emails are not owned by you, but your customers. You can ask them to send an email to us directly from the email they are trying to activate so we can activate the accounts manually.

    As this is not a common issue, we would like to understand why it is not working. Could you explain what exactly do you mean with "connection is impossible" and describe the error message the customer gets?

    Hello Elina,

    By putting the email address of my client and the password chosen, it says the following message: "Can not log in. Check the email address and password."

    However, when I try again to register our client on cookiebot with one of the 2 addresses previously used (contact@enfantsdurgence.be or enfantsdurgence@gmail.com) this means that an account already exists. Except impossible to log in despite the fact that I have the activation emails relayed by my client. I can even give you the registration codes received for the 2 different addresses.

    Please send an email to mail@cookiebot.com directly from the email you are trying to activate, including the registration code, so we can activate the accounts manually.
