Data sent to United States not adecuate

From my cookie scan report the server location is United States. But I also have a few errors on my report that say the data is sent to United States (not adecuate). Am I misreading this report or there is something that needs my attention? I have verified our site is hosted in the US.

  My report that say the data is sent to United States (not adecuate) and my site is hosting in EU.
  
  This is a problem if someone audit my site and cookie managemente?
  How can i fix it y there are a problem?
  
  Please add some information if you finally fix the problem.

  Your report is correct, nothing to fix. The Europen Union Commission has deemed the United Stated as a non-adequate country to share data with.

  If it's not an issue why does the Cookiebot report say "Partial" when there are one or more instances saying "Data sent to United States (Not adequate)"?
