Cookiebot in conflict with happyforms contact form

Dear community,

for weeks, I try to solve my problem regarding my implemented contact form from happyforms. Unfortunatly, at the theme foundry, they cannot help me anymore.

The problem is that the contact form only works when website visitors accept all cookies.
If not (only necessary ones), there is always a json error message, which I cannot further interpret, as I am quite a newcomer in website building. But obviously the message doesn´t go through to my e-mail account. Then I classified the happyforms cookie as necessary, so I expected it to work when visitors confirming only the necessary ones, but it doesn´t.

Where does this conflict come from? Do I have to change something in my functions.php?

I am a bit desperate, since I am trying to solve this issue for weeks.
