Cookiebot suddenly blocking websites from loading unless Cookies accepted and page refreshed - apparently its an issue with blockingmode="auto"

Dear Community,

suddenly accross all our clients when accessing websites with a preloader the sites do not load unless you accept all cookies and then refresh the page. It happens especially in Chrome.

Deleting blockingmode="auto" inside the Cookiebot script results in the page working properly again.

Did Cookiebot change anything we should be aware of?
