Cookie table background is black and I can't change it

Cookiebot Support seems like a black hole, so I'm hoping someone here on Community can help.

I am using the plain white template. When I test/review the setup and view the list of preferences... the table which lists the cookies in each category shows up fine.

However, when I view it in a test environment (my Admin site), the background of the table is black.

I cannot find a way to fix this. And I am not theming the tool. Plain white template (slide up).

Any help you folks might provide will be appreciated.
