Not receiving Password reset email
AnsweredHello all!
I am trying to gain access to my Cookiebot account and need to reset the password. However, I am never getting the reset password email to the email that our account is under.
Has anyone else seen this? If so, what did you need to do to get the email?
I have sent two requests to support and have not heard anything back yet. If Support happens to see this, we need your help in getting this resolved as soon as possible.

Please create a support request if you do not receive the "reset password" email or experience any other issues when resetting your password.
