Cookies banner keeps showing up on page refresh

Hi,
It seems like Cookiebot is not saving the user's preferences. So if you opt-in/out and refresh the page the banner shows up again.

I have Implement the cookie consent banner with Google Tag Manager 

I really hope somebody is able to help me. Thanks in advance!

  Hi Salvatore Oliva,

  The reason why Cookiebot does not save the user's preferences after opt-in/out might be because of wrong GTM implementation. The consent banner is showing up depending on the GTM trigger and it sounds like you have set GTM to load Cookiebot on page refresh. 
  However, I could not give you a specific answer without seeting the website in question. If you would like you could share your domain name so we could investigate it futher and help you solve the problem afterwards.

  Thank you for sharing the domain! After investigating the website I could see that the consent banner shows up when the page is visited for the first time and the 'cookieConsent' cookie has been set when a user accepts cookies. 
  However, the 'cookieConsent' cookie has been deleted a few seconds after being set. And that is why the consent banner shows up again when the page has been reloaded (because the 'cookieConsent' cookies with the user's preferences is not being saved).
  Since resolving the issue might require some confidentail and more detailed information could you please sumbit a ticket to the Cookiebot support team so they could help you futher.
