  • Hi Soporte,

    I guess you are talking about the consent dialog and how its displayed on the website in question.
    You could set your consent dialog from the Cookiebot manager under 'Dialog' tab. You could choose between different types of template, for example 'Slide down' which means that consent banner would be sliding down from screen top.
    You could also choose a consent type, for example 'Accept only' this type of consent dialog show opt-in button only, so user can only use website by accepting all cookies.

    on the Dialog tab, i select the option"Inline Multilevel banner"  (under Type), but the "OK" buttón (the only button) only Acept "The necesary" cookies, and i need that this button "Acept all the cookies", and when you click in configuration, are only necesary options selected.

    like this: The button says: Accept all the cookies, but when you shaw the options, only necesary is checked.

    Yes, but the legal department asks us to make it exactly the same as that of Repsol, with the drop-down of options with the necessary only checked, but that OK accepts all, and the Repsol website is made with cookiebot

  • Hi Soporte,

    In this case you should create a custom template for the consent dialog and then choose 'Inline Multilevel banner' type. But please take in mind that this requires some developer skills and premium subscription.

    ok, we have premium S, and i undestand that i need to change this XML in Declaration tabs => Theme personal

    But i show it... and i think that must be with SDK

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">
    <xsl:output method="html" omit-xml-declaration="yes" ></xsl:output>
    <xsl:template match="/">.....

    </xsl:stylesheet>

    I suspect that they remove the original button and replaced it with one that executes Cookiebot.submitCustomConsent(true, true, true); using Javascript.
    The second button was most likely added in a similar fashion and most likely executes Cookiebot.submitConsent();

    The script likely uses an eventListener which is triggered by CookiebotOnDialogDisplay

    You can read more about methods and events here: https://www.cookiebot.com/goto/developer/

    Just to reiterate one thing. Offering no choice other than ‘accept’ without any link to additional information about cookies, and with the cookies policy or privacy policy in the page footer obscured by the banner is unlawful. These practices are not only poor from a user interface perspective—they actively obstruct users from obtaining the information they require in order for their consent to be considered freely given and unambiguous. In order to ensure that consent is freely given, as required by the GDPR, access to services and functions cannot be made dependent on the user's consent to the processing of personal data or information processed by or related to the user's terminal equipment, which means that the use of cookie walls should be expressly prohibited in a form of just accepting cookies without any options such not giving consent/confirm choices or have some payment made to access in case you do not want cookies or similar technologies installed. Bear that in mind.

  • Hi Soporte,

    You could do so by selecting 'Accept only' consent type, this type of consent dialog would show opt-in button only, so user can only use website by accepting all cookies.
