    Very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you.

    We received several reports of this issue yesterday and our engineering team quickly produced a solution to the reported situation. This morning we have been able to confirm that the issue still exists in some cases and our team is currently working on resolving this. We hope to have a solution ready shortly.

    are there any updates about this? We still cant create new domain groups...

    Hi Thomas

    This has been partly solved, for the remaining issue we have a work-around.

    This currently should only affect Resellers trying to add new Domain groups.

    As a reseller, when you try to add a domain group, please make sure that the current domain group you are on is a normal, paid subscription Premium domain group. If this is the case, you should be able to add more.

    You will still see the error if you are on a free or trial domain group, so remember to navigate to a premium domain group before adding a new domain group.
