    Could you please provide us with a bit more information about the above described issue, so we could help you solve it instead of guessing since this unusual behavior could be caused from different things. 
    Could you please tell us your account and the client's accounts, you could submit a ticket with that information to the support team at https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    Also you could contact the Cookiebot support team at support@cookiebot.com and describe the situation.

    Hi Spas,

    thanks for your response. We solved the problem in the meantime by closing the customer's account and creating a new one. For some reason the account seemed to be corrupted but now everything is fine.
