CookieBot does not scan my website

    Normally the scan should complete up to 24 hours, so I guess that you could restart the scan. The new scanning process should be complete soon if it is not completed already. Please let us know if everything is fine now. 

    If you still experience any problem please do not hesitate to contact Cookiebot support team.
    You could contact the support team at support@cookiebot.com and describe the situation. I believe that they would manage to deal with this in short term and help you solve your issue. It might require to restart the scan and initiate new one by Cookiebot.
